Headaches are no fun! Often they are related to stress in our day-to-day lives. This program will give you a little background information on headaches plus a series of Restorative yoga movements and poses you can do to bring your head some relief and give your whole being an opportunity to settle into quiet rest. Suggestions for other energetic supports is also included. You will need a few props or supports for this practice - a strap, blankets, bolsters or pillows and blocks.Feel free to do all, some or one of these restorative movements and poses. Be creative with what you use to support your body - remember there is no such thing as too many props! We want the body to feel supported so we can relax and release tension.
