Hatha (FR)

Hatha is the yoga of balance and unity. Beginning our practice with purposeful and gentle movement to warm up joints and muscles, we’ll then move into poses designed to enhance the body’s range of motion while developing flexibility and strength. This will be combined with focused breath work to create a link between the body and the mind, allowing us to become present in the moment, release stress and create a calmer state of being.

Drop-in classes and Friday Night Magic classes can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 2 hours prior to the start time by logging into your account. No refunds or class credits are issued if you sign up but do not attend. * Late comers will not be admitted.* Workshops can be cancelled 24 hours prior to the start time by logging into your account.
