ONLINE Vin & Yin

Vinyasa in this class will be gentle and uplifting, flowing thru varied Sun salutations and standing sequences. Yin postures are introduced in transitions, and in the last 30 minutes of class as we slow down and digest with sitting/laying postures. A variety of modifications and adaptations are always given and encouraged, please feel free to bring your props or use the ones in studio. Open to all experience levels, the repetition in flow creates ease in pattern while the static postures of yin allow us to deepen our elasticity and meditation.

Drop-in classes and Friday Night Magic classes can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 2 hours prior to the start time by logging into your account.
