About this class

Centering around a common idea that correlates to rest, calmness or clarity, we’ll begin with a breath exploration within the body. Then welcoming long static asanas, we fully support the body allowing passive stretch and focused breath to create rest in the body. A closing reflective meditation journey will create calm and stability for the upcoming week.   All experience levels & bodies welcome, but may be unsuitable for those unable to lay on the mat for extended periods of time.
