About the event
The Archetype of the Goddess— an immersive meditative journey through the mythic and mystic goddesses of the ancient vedas.
Join ayurvedic healer and ancestral wisdom keeper, Sonia Dhillon, for an evening exploration of the myth, lore and archetype of the vedic goddesses— contemplating the wisdom of symbolism and story to call upon the essence, the teachings, the gifts, the energy of the Devis— Lakshmi, Durga, and Saraswati, in your sadhana or practice and their relationship to ayurvedic wisdom.
Our time together will call in the use of plant medicines, flower essences and the profoundly healing experience of marma therapy through the art of touch to set the stage for your ceremony of the self— a travel into the depths of your inner labyrinth through mantra and yoga nidra.
Your practice will be followed by time for contemplative discussion and introspection as we close.
