Care & Share Soundbath

Surrender and immerse yourself in a unique and beautiful experience. Let the soothing sounds transport you to your happy place, leave the stress of the week behind! This evening combines restorative yoga stretches with the powerful sound vibrations from quartz crystal bowls, rain sticks, chimes, and angel bells, helping to realign your energetic body. A unique experience including guided meditation, breath work, restorative yoga, as well as a touch of Reiki energy to help you find your Zen Zone. All props are provided; please wear comfortable clothing (jeans are not comfortable!) and bring water. Come, relax, and share in this rejuvenating journey towards inner peace and a marvellous start of the year. All experience levels welcome.

Friday Night Magic classes can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 3 hours prior to the start time by logging into your account. No refunds or class credits are issued if you sign up but do not attend. * Late comers will not be admitted.*
