Hatha Strength

Taking inspiration from traditional Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga and basic strength building this class features sun salutations, warriors, balance and other poses you know but not necessarily in the way they've been traditionally practiced. We're throwing out the 'rules' and playing with creative sequencing, stretch bands, blocks, dowels and very light weights (always optional). This dynamic practice will challenge your body in a fun and supportive way. Each class will end with quieter poses and long rest. Modifications always offered and use of props encouraged. All experience levels welcome.

Drop-in classes and Friday Night Magic classes can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 2 hours prior to the start time by logging into your account. No refunds or class credits are issued if you sign up but do not attend. * Late comers will not be admitted.* Workshops can be cancelled 24 hours prior to the start time by logging into your account. No refunds or class credits are issued if you sign up but do not attend. Healing Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the start time by logging into your account. No refunds or credits are issued if you schedule a session but do not attend.
