About this class

This class will help to strengthen the hip and back muscles while allowing for more mobility as you safely increase your flexibility and decrease pain and discomfort. We'll end with Yoga Nidra to reset the nervous system and bring the whole body into a deep state of healing and relaxation. All experience levels welcome.
