About this class
Enjoy a gentle and nourishing prenatal yoga class to feel more comfortable as pregnancy progresses and to help you prepare for birth. Learn information and practice key tools to help you cope better in labour, including the yogi approach on how to breathe, move and relax. *Suitable from 15 weeks if new to yoga right up to when your baby comes. If you have a regular practice you can start earlier, just let us know.
Classes can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 2 hours prior to the start time by logging into your account. No refunds or class credits are issued if you register but do not attend. * Late comers will not be admitted.*
