Restorative, Sound Bath & Reiki

Join Isabel and Marianne for an evening of deep relaxation and healing. This workshop combines the calming practices of Restorative Yoga, the soothing resonance of a Sound Bath, supportive touch and the nurturing energy of Reiki.

Restorative yoga will gently open and relax the body with supported postures and soft, supportive touch, creating a space of ease and comfort.

As you settle into relaxation, a sound bath featuring harmonious tones will wash over you, calming the mind and restoring balance.

To enhance the experience, Reiki will be offered, promoting inner peace and a profound sense of well-being. This combination of practices invites you to release tension, quiet the mind, and recharge your energy.

This workshop is open to all levels. Bring yourself, an open heart, and a willingness to relax deeply. All props are provided.
