Yin Yoga

Flow & Chill
This class offers the perfect harmony of movement and stillness. Begin with an invigorating Vinyasa flow to awaken strength, focus, and vitality—building heat through intentional breath and dynamic movement. Then, ease into the calming second half with longer-held, passive postures that invite deep release and relaxation. Flow and Chill beautifully blends the energizing qualities of yang with the soothing essence of yin—leaving you feeling balanced, grounded, and renewed.
An advanced flow but modifications will be given so everyone feels welcome.

Restorative & Yoga Nidra
Restorative Yoga is a slow moving and intentional practice, using props, moving through a few poses in a mindful way. In perfect preparation for Yoga Nidra, Sanskrit for yogic sleep.
After setting up a comfortable rest position you are gently and systematically guided into a deeper state of relaxation so the unconscious and subconscious layers of the mind can open to possibility.
