Ritual of Rest is a 90 minute Somatic Embodiment Yoga experience with Marnie Spoegler that invites you to reconnect with your body through gentle, restorative movement and guided awareness. With space to move at your own pace, you’ll explore the sensations and signals of your nervous system, allowing your body to guide you towards comfort and stillness.

Journalling and reflection will offer a quiet opportunity to notice what you are carrying, what feels nourishing, and what you would like to make space for as the year comes to a close.
