About the event
We invite you to our Annual series of Yoga Flow & Brunch.
The morning will start with an hour of Yoga in the beautiful Canadian Icehouse patio, where all levels are welcome. Instructors from Highlands Yoga Room will be leading a Flow class.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced Yogi, we will be there to guide you through an intentional and fun practice.
Following yoga, you're invited to linger for a delicious brunch, coffee, and maybe even a mimosa!
Tickets include:
Yoga class (60 min.) with one of the Highlands Yoga Rooms instructors.
