Sacred Rest: Acu-detox & Sound Healing
Deep rest and a gentle reset with ear seeds and a soothing sound bath.
Give yourself time to slow down, soften, and settle into stillness. This restorative experience brings together guided meditation, sound, and ear seeds placed at five specific points on the ear, drawing on the point locations used in the NADA acupuncture protocol.
We’ll begin with a warm welcome and a simple explanation of the practice, with a printed protocol guide for you to take home. There will be space to sip tea, journal, and reflect as you settle into the experience.
From there, you’ll be guided through a gentle meditation and into a soothing sound bath, allowing the tones and vibrations to draw your attention inward. Warm towels will offer an added touch of comfort as you pause and rest.
We’ll close with time to gently return, ask questions, and share…
