We begin by awakening the body through the vibrant, heart-opening rhythms of African dance, grounding ourselves from the soles of our feet to the depths of our spirit.
No dance experience is needed—just a willingness to move, feel, and connect with the energy of the music.
After igniting our vitality through movement, we transition into a deeply restorative sound bath. Sink into stillness as the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, drums, and other healing instruments guide you into a state of inner peace, alignment, and renewal.
This workshop is a fusion of movement and meditation, energy and ease, designed to help you release, recharge, and reconnect—mind, body, and soul.
