Altar & Equinox Flow with Janelle Snow Celebrate the Harvest Moon and Autumn Equinox with 108 Salutations. Janelle will lead you through 54 Surya Namaskars, Sun Salutations, symbolizing the summer heat and warmth of the season. To welcome autumn, we will ground with a practice of 54 Chandra Namaskar, Moon Salutations. This practice will be done at your own pace and modifications/breaks will be taken. Equinox Altar If you have an altar or want to put together a new one to symbolize the change in seasons, bring your supplies. Small altar supplies will also be provided: • lavender, purple basil, and other herbs and flowers from Janelle’s garden • ⁠twigs and stones • ⁠acorns • ⁠small embellishments 2:00 - 4:00pm Light refreshments will also be provided
