Cacao Ceremony & Soundbath

Separately, cacao and sound are incredibly healing medicines. Together, they co-create deeply somatic insights and experiences that heal on all levels -- physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. We will open our heart with a cup of sacred cacao. Energetically, cacao is a powerful plant medicine that allows us to see and experience life from the frequency of the heart. If there is something just underneath the surface, cacao may open your ability to access it. After drinking cacao, we will drop into a Sound Bath where a variety of Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, Rain sticks, Tibetan Singing bowls, Chimes and other healing instruments will be used. The Cacao used in ceremony is sustainably grown in Peru & it is allergens safe.
