Dream New Year In this three-hour new year goal-setting workshop, Kyla will help you tap into the power of your subconscious mind to set achievable goals and manifest a kickass 2025! We'll start with a short yoga practice and wrap up with an energy-shifting EFT tapping session before popping some bubbly to celebrate our hard work! Please bring a pen and a notebook. Water, tea and light bites will be provided.
