Pilates for mama

Pilates is a toning, body-weight-lifting workout. It engages muscles you wouldn't normally target - ones deep inside your body that squats, lunges and sit-ups don't reach. With high-reps and low-impact movements, Pilates challenges anyone looking to fine-tune their muscles - no experience required. Babies and toddlers of all ages welcome and can be worn in a carrier or sat in stroller, whichever works best for you and your babe. This class is accessible to all fitness level and safe for new moms (with clearance from their doctor). We will workout, stretch & then have some time to catch up with each other.

Cancellation Policy

Drop-in classes and Friday Night Magic classes can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 5 hours prior to the start time by logging into your account. No refunds or class credits are issued if you sign up but do not attend. * Late comers will not be admitted.* Workshops can be cancelled 24 hours prior to the start time by logging into your account. No refunds or class credits are issued if you sign up but do not attend. Healing Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the start time by logging into your account. No refunds or credits are issued if you schedule a session but do not attend.
