Join Alyssa to celebrate the Spring Equinox & Fall Equinox with OM + Yin. A peaceful workshop of chanting and rest. You do not have to be a chanting expert! We will gather to chant 54 Oms in the Spring & 54 Oms in the Fall, equalling to 108 Oms for the year. 108 is a sacred number in Hinduism and chanting is said to foster many health benefits including reduce stress, enhance focus, support mental health, develop community connection and increase mindfulness. Please note there is an option to sign up for one or both events. All sales are final. We ask if you cannot make this event to please, in the spirit of giving, pass your ticket on to someone else.
