Warm Gentle Yoga

Gentle yoga can be a great way to reduce stress and tension in the body. It is also a good way to improve flexibility and mobility. It is perfect for everyone, including those new to yoga and who want to take things at a slower pace. It often includes hatha yoga postures and breathing exercises. This class will be practiced in a 27 degree room.
