Yin & Flower Essence Magic

Flower essences are made by soaking flowers in water under either the sunlight or moonlight to impart the subtle energies of the flowers to the water. Preserved by adding alcohol, these formulations contain no scent or other botanical parts. Join Marianne for a practice of yin yoga enhanced by the subtle healing energies of flower essences and essential oil mists. Please bring a water bottle and a journal if you wish to record your experiences. * Professional grade products are provided and their use is optional. All experience levels welcome.
