Yin & reiki are the perfect combination. Focusing on the joints and connecting tissues, we move through a series of longer-held, passive poses to bring nourishment to the deeper tissues of the body. Drop-in classes and Friday Night Magic classes can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 5 hours prior to the start time by logging into your account.
